The Emergency Process
Any call that’s an emergency is, of course, going to take precedence. First thing you’ll want to do is call us as soon as you notice that the damage. We will ask you standard questions, such as what sort of damage the tree did and where you’re located. As soon as possible, a member of our crew will be heading to you to get the tree removed and help assess the damage. Even in the middle of an emergency, it’s important to know that there’s a team here that cares and will help any way we possibly can.
